School can be tough, but life without school is tougher!

I feel making cards, highlighting, reading out loud helps greatly. Just having someone there that can help you is a wonderful thong to have
I am a high school graduate. I am looking at furthering my schooling in art. I love children and the honesty about them. I feel as if someone teaching or learning by someone their own age can make a big difference. I have been a student mentor for many teenagers and younger children not only through school but through Facebook. Many students come to me with questions about school, family, and just life in general. They know they can trust me to give the best advice I can. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching has always been my passion & I enjoy every minute. I believe that all children can learn given the oppurtunity to learn verbally, kinesthetically or whatever way they learn best. Motivation, learning style, and goal structure are components I consider when setting up a lesson. As a computer programmer, I tend to be task oriented. I like to break a project into smaller chunks with clear boundaries.
