I have tutored several people in all levels from elementary to college. I have helped with basic math, algebra, economics and more. I am in college right now and am taking math classes as we speak to brow-den my horizons. I have refrences that can be provided form people that I have helped in the past and am currntly helping at this present time. I am a very student paced instructor, I go slowly enough for the student to understand and i try to coach them on how to solve the problem rather then tell them how to solve it.

Then we review homework I go through each problem and teach them various ways of solving and give the importance of learning that specific skill. I also provide numerous practice problems ranging from easy to very difficult. I am experienced in tutoring all math areas from elementary to high school level and some college level math. Normally I will watch as the student works and when they get stuck is when I would help them. If they do not understand the material I will go back and teach it again. Once they seem to get it I would give one or two practice problems just to be sure they understand completely. I have no issues with repeating things multiple times if it means furthering the child's knowledge. I have only ever tutored my neighbors two daughters. They both benefitted from it and both of the girls grades went up. Most of the time I would help them with math ,but would also help in any subject they needed, and they would work on their homework as I watched and guided them in the correct direction.
