Experience Summary
I have over a decade of experience working with both regular education students and those with exceptionalities. I have worked with elementary and middle school level students in all subject areas. My strengths are in reading and math. I am ESOL endorsed and can help children struggling with English experience success.
Teaching Style
I believe students have different learning styles, and I can adapt lessons based on their individual style and needs. I can challenge students without overwhelming them and causing balking or "burnout". I quickly establish a rapport by making the student feel at ease. By identifying the student's strengths and weaknesses I can help them without wasting time on skills they already have.
