My editing work is not proofreading so much as working with authors to achieve their goals and improve their writing in areas of plot, style, character development, tone, and structure.
I learn best by teaching, and there is nothing I like so well as working with people to help them achieve their goals. Writing is, more than anything, a discipline, and I am a source of accountability, encouragement, and instruction as well as a sounding board for my student's ideas. A Little Bit About Me...

I believe in letting the child set the pace when it comes to private tutoring. I would listen to child to learn what truly interests them and inspires them. I would then use this is my lessons so they enjoy the learning process. Children enjoy learning anything when it is taught in the appropriate way.
