I try to incorporate a variety of instructional methods, materials, and evaluations in my teaching style since no two students learn exactly the same way. Over my 35 years of classroom instruction, I have developed a number of techniques that are successful. To test what they know beforehand, I would administer a short pretest on some basic skills and once that test has been evaluated, I will begin teaching from the information with the least familiarity.
