I enjoy tutoring those who are in Middle School or High school. I feel as though they tend to have a higher capacity for sustaining attention. Those are unique ages that can really build a foundation for later education. I believe that one-on-one time is essential in learning. Some people might learn well in a large group, but others learn much better when time is spent on explaing specific details. I find the most enjoyment when a tutee finally links the core concept and is able to solve more difficult problems on their own. I am currently a Senior at Bethel College.
