I originally started as a traditional graphic designer working in a very large advertising agency in the UK. I trained designers to use the Apple Mac system since 1990 working with all the new programs which evolved throughout the years. I work normally in groups to mentor staff/clients or students to understand the importance of great design through typography and quality design using basic programs like pagemaker through to InDesign. Individual one-on-one is preferable as I can dedicate my time to bring out the creative expressions. Professional design can make the difference by setting you apart from the competition. I consider myself more of a facilitator than a dictator but I do expect my students to show initiative. My goal is for every student to succeed. I have historically been a sketch artist.
