Coaching and mentoring has always been the cornerstone of my professional career as well as my academic pursuits. My professional experience includes Chief Operating Officer of a large LLC and a Bank President. I received my B.A. from the University of Phoenix in Criminal Justice Administration. Following, I was immediately accepted into a PhD program at Arizona State University. As a PhD student I study all facets of psychology within; and pertaining to, organizations. A Little Bit About Me...

After graduating from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., I returned to Wyoming to work in politics and government. I have been asked to teach chapters on Government in the local high schools as well as teaching Sunday School classes locally in Cheyenne. I serve in the State Legislature as well as working in the community to help youth succeed in their goals.
I try to create a fun learning environment, ensuring the youth can ask questions, have flexibility at their learning speed and still master the material in ways that will stay with them. Depending on the subject area, I like to give hypotheticals, questions and real-world examples that will help achieve memorization easier.

I have recently been introduced to the teaching field by substituting elementary students at the local school. Im a social-able person which helps me interact with the students better. Students feel comfortable with me because they think that I'm a outgoing person easy to relate to. I have patience with the students because I go at a pace that suits the students needs therefore it makes the students comfortable to learn.
