As a teacher's-assistant for children ages 4-6 I have been able to gain experience working with them one on one and in whole groups for almost two years. This has taught me the value of identifying with the child's unique learning needs in order to encourage and drive their academic success. In graduate school, I developed a management style, Egalitarian Leadership. The faculty encouraged me to submit my paper to Harvard Business School. Currently, I am writing a middle school age novel.
