Study Skills is one of my top subjects! I am a determined problem solver. I have an outstanding ability to find a way for the student to learn the material in a way that interests him or her and is much easier to understand. It's almost as if I am translating a foreign language.

I am honored to have been able to help different populations from the pre-K in reading to the elderly in computer basics. I am fortunate in the ability to pick up on the needs of individuals and how to adapt to their learning styles. I invest in behind the scenes research for best tools to aid the student using her or his strengths. I often find myself in conversations helping two parties understand each other, or helping an individual understand material.
