I was very much driven to obtain 18 yeard level experience in education.I have teaching certificate,BS in biology and master in business administration and health care management.Four years teaching experience in maths and science in high school, middle school, and college.Two teaching assistance and lab tutor at Rust college. Teaching is a learning process, and I love teaching youn children particularly science because it is the build block of our nation. I feel bad when a child says to her parents I can not do maths or science. This why I want to go back to the teaching field to foster the needy child in maths and science. I challenge the students by raising a question or writing a problem on the board and asking students to share their ideas with me . This provides the students with the opportunity to think about the problem on their own, to determine their own strategy. During the discussion, they also have the advantage of seeing other ways of approaching the problem. When the problem proves too challenging, I usually give them small step by step hints and direct them to the answer. I also make sure that we spend enough time discussing all the ideas suggested by students, not limiting the discussion to the ones I know are correct or most effective.
