Chemistry is one of my top subjects! Chemistry is one of my best subjects. I took Honors Chemistry in tenth grade and AP Chemistry in eleventh. I received an A+ in both for my efforts and a 5 on the AP exam. I was the very best student both years. It is a subject I have already and hope to continue tutoring.

I have helped my classmates and have had one official student as of this summer. However, I have learned how to explain concepts so that students dont just memorize, they will gain a thought process and applicable knowledge that will enable them to solve even the most complex problems. A Little Bit About Me...

I really would like to help make a difference in someone's life and help them understand academics just like myself. When I try to teach someone, I always explain to them the subject as basic and simple as possible. I give a few examples, and then help them figure it out themselves. When/ if they struggle, I will be there to help set them back on track.
I am finishing up my Bachelors degree in Dietetics at SUNY Oneonta- I will be graduated in December. I have been offered positions as a chemistry tutor but denied because of my other jobs. I was a student mentor for a year in high school to students that were "slacking" or wasn't understanding one or more of their classes. I usually review the material with the students first and then give them a quiz to see what they have learned and where there weaknesses are.
