I believe that in order to be an outstanding teacher one must exhibit a plethora of skills. For instance one must be able to multi-task and integrate many different occupations into the incredible job of being a teacher. You must be a police officer in that you have to be able to diffuse arguments if they arise (and they will). I would describe my teaching style as hands on and according to multiple learning styles. I understand that students learn best when they have the option of working with material objects.
