I would describe my teaching style as hands on and according to multiple learning styles. I understand that students learn best when they have the option of working with material objects. I also realize that students all learn in different ways and therefore I try to teach to each student's learning style. If a student doesn't understand it one way, I try to teach it another way so that he/she can learn it.

When a question is asked, I am not going to simply just tell the student the answer. I would want them to think it out and try and figure it out for themselves. I would however guide them in the right direction and even ask them other questions they may know in order for them to figure out the intial problem. I feel that these types of interactions are a more effective way of learning. Also, writing things down helps tremedously because not only are you thinking it, but you're seeing it and reading it as well. My goal is to simply to help. Everyone can learn, even in subjects they find difficult. I understand from first-hand experience why people can find the sciences difficult, especially Math and Physics, because I myself have had great difficulty with them in the past. So I know how hard it is, and I know that its possible to succeed despite this. I think the key is for someone to find a method of studying that works for them, and everyone is different.
