With my undergraduate degree in hand I taught Marketing and Sales at Whiteside Area Vocational Center in Sterling, IL, for eight years. I left teaching to enter the corporate world working for several companies, i.e., National Manufacturing Company in Sterling, Amerock Corporation in Rockford, and Greenlee-Textron in Rockford. I moved from a product manager to national account manager. As a High Honors graduate in Early Childhood Education, I was very much driven to achieve a high level of excellence in education. I have earned two degrees, BS in Business Administration and AA in Business Management, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and logic. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers and business reports and giving presentations, along with essays in many various areas of study. A Little Bit About Me...

I love using different styles of teaching to see which way each individual learns best. I believe all students are capable of learning the same curriculum, but may need to be shown or approached in different ways. Some students may need a hands-on approach and some may gain more knowledge through their books. Which ever way they are gaining the most from is what I will focus on.
