Both my parents were teachers and I enjoyed teaching as well. I've had good teachers and I know how important it is to be a student of your students and to know your stuff so that you can be effective as a teacher. I'm a 25 year professional accountant with a CPA license in CAlifornia and Hawaii. I attended public schools and local community college before going on to graduate with high honors from the University of Hawaii. I moved to the mainland and worked full-time while obtaining my masters degree from USC. A Little Bit About Me...

I have tutored privately various students at the college level for short terms in elementary physics(<200 level), chemistry(<400 level), mathematics(<500 level), and biology(<300 level). I have also tutored part time in English and SAT preperation for nearly a year (<12 hours a week) with certified tutoring services, a small company here in Honolulu.
