A Little Bit About Me...

I attended several schools to achieve my undergraduate degrees, both of which I worked hard to excel at the University level. Attending graduate school at Binghamton University truly prepared me for academia, requiring many research papers and essays as well as honing my knowledge in psychology, the arts, human development, english, and biology. I have tutored, un-officially, all during my college years, forming study groups to better help my peers, as well as having volunteer positions tutoring in math and english.
I love to teach and see the ideas light up the eyes of the person who suddenly got a concept. I think teaching should be adaptable and should fit the learning style of the student. I am a euthastic teacher, I love to teach and learn and my taching style incorporates Gardner's multiple intelligences and Bloom's Taxomomy. I have also taken several Special Education classes, so my leason are adaptive and flexible, using different medium to convey information. Every student learns differently and I try to do my best to learn and apply my education to help in the learning process.
