Hello everyone! I am available for tutoring as well as teaching music lessons. I have experience tutoring students who may need more time to process information than is provided in a classroom setting in all subjects, and I'm great when it comes to communicating with kids who are weary from having lessons drilled into them at school. Not to brag, but I was in the top 8% of my high school class and am now a double degree college graduate in Neurobiology and South Asian Languages/Culture. As a graduate of RIT I have worked as a lab technician in both corporate and academic settings. After earning my Masters Degree in Secondary Education from Le Moyne College in 2006 I obtained my first teaching job with the Syracuse City School District. I taught various sciences to high school students in an alternative program. In the summer of 2008 I taught chemistry to summer school students for Boces. In 2009 I taught various sciences to students at Hillside Children’s Center in Auburn, NY. I like to teach any level of students, I had in my studio, helped kid's with their school repertoire requirements, as well with their personal school musical projects. As well I had the opportunity to attend many of my students school's, and help with their orchestras, meet their teachers, and create amazing musical experiences.
