I obtained the Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Virginia in 2010. My research field is experimental Nuclear Physics which requires strong computer programming skills in Advanced Mathematics as well as conference presentation skills. As a graduate of Sociology I have gained a lot of knowledge about how society functions. I was interested in this area of study to understand peoples because I have always had compassion for others.
