I have successfully been able to adapt to teaching in many different styles based on the student's needs, and have helped many students develop successful study and learning habits that have increased their grades.
My tutoring experience has included working for Advanced Learners LLC, and working in a Middle School tutoring students during their study hall. The main group of students that I have worked with include Middle School aged students, but I also have experience working with Elementary aged students as well. Flute is one of my top subjects! I am a graduate of Wheaton College, IL where I studied flute with Dr. Jennie Brown. I am happy to help any beginning to intermediate flute player.

I teach flute from a variety of methods including Suzuki and learning by ear, and incorporating music theory, music reading, and sight reading skills.
