I am a very motivating person and tend to use humor as a method of teaching. I teach to and with the child and never down to him/her. I break large components into their simplest forms so that a child learns to take things one step at a time and not feel overwhelmed. I make the learning relevant to what the child is interested in or knows about so that he/she can be more engaged in the learning process. A Little Bit About Me...

As a high school and university student, I regularly tutored other students in Spanish and other subjects, both professionally and on a volunteer basis. While I was earning my bachelor's and my master's in Spanish, I gained the skills required to help other students reach their foreign language goals.
