Italian is one of my top subjects! I'm a native Italian speaker with 7 years of experience teaching the language and a great passion about it.

I have been teaching Spanish for the last 5 years in several colleges, including Georgia State University, Perimeter College and Emory continuing Education. I taught several levels, from beginner up to advanced classes, with great feedbacks from my students. While at Emory my diverse interests led me to study in many areas. I have a deep level of understanding and enthusiasm for math and science that I would love to share. My formal tutoring experience includes spending a spring break helping inner-city middle school students at a small private school in Philadelphia and tutoring a young friend of the family in pre-algebra for part of a summer. My informal tutoring experience comes from helping my pre-med friends understand their physics and math homework over the last four years.
I truly enjoy the challenge of helping others learn, and I get along well with children and adults of all ages. A Little Bit About Me...

I recently completed a Youth Staff contract aboard Royal Caribbean. Along with entertainment, we promoted learning and creativity, offering educational activities through science experiments, and expression through art projects, theme nights, and parades. I've taught English classes for kids/teens in Brazil, and led equestrian programs in Greece for troubled and disabled local children. Prior to leaving the US, I filled my passion tutoring “at risk” children after school in Buffalo, and working to develop language skills through cultural activities for families in Boston. I have a special talent for literature, writing, and art, but also love math and science.
