In addition to teaching in the classroom I have also lead professional development on writing, how to disaggregate standardized assessments, student engagement, and on the reading comprehension strategies.

I have 24 years of teaching in the elementary grades. I taught in a one-room for seven years. I taught fifth grade for 11 years, and second grade for six years.
