A Little Bit About Me...

I am very flexible in my teaching style and have helped students who learn in very different ways. While I was working with the Reading by the River program I worked with four different students each of which learned in very different ways. From this I learned at a very early time in my life that it is crucial to cater to each individual students needs. I personally have a more analytical mind and analytical learning style however I have learned how to explain technical aspects of accounting in a variety of ways.

It is much easier to learn, if you know the instructor is working with you and for you. I think if the person is in a relaxed atmosphere and they know they are moving forward toward their goal, they will feel the rewards of their efforts. It is easier to learn when the instructor and the child are working for the same goals.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology. I have had several years of experience working with the public. I enjoy working with children and helping them to succeed. I have the patience to help them achieve their goals.
