As a graduate of a small junior college I believe one on one teaching gives students the advantage over a large group because the child can receive the necessary attention for learning skills in reading, writing and math. Many children learn differently some are visual learners,some are audio etc. I have been instructed through various techniques in reading with chilldren that will help them achieve a higher reading level of success. While in the national guard I learned valuable leadership skills and how to teach others to preform military tasks.
