I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology, which enabled me gain employment as a Crisis Hotline Phone Attendant and a Behavioral Specialist in a Children's Home for troubled and at risk youth. During college I spent a lot of time volunteering with youth. With a BA in psychology, I have learned to be very calm and patient when working with students.
