Spanish is one of my top subjects!

I was Born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico and have spoken English and spanish since I was young. I am currently an officer in the Army, but teaching and Spanish are my passion. I have a BA in Spanish Education, I don't have a certification because I was move to a military base as soon I graduate. Right now I'm working on my Master Degree Online, based on Spanish Curriculum. I have about 3 years of experience giving Spanish tutoring to students of different ages. Looking forward to teach and learn at the same time.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a Mathematical Sciences major, I was encouraged to development a strong foundation in applied mathematics. In addition, I also minored in Biology, as a science related minor was required for my program. I have learned many writing skills due to many research papers, lab projects, and mathematical proofs. I first started to study music when I was 11 years old. I grew a love for the clarinet and played for many years in middle school and high school. In college, I majored in clarinet and also studied all wind/percussion instruments as well as piano. I obtained my BA instrumental teaching degree (K-12) through Western Carolina University in June of 2003. Through the years, I have had the privilage and pleasure of teaching band in a classroom setting, marching band, and private lessons.
