A Little Bit About Me...

I am very patient and concerned. My major objective is to identify the area that needs to be addressed. I often also use comparisons to 'real world' similarities in order to make the point. It is also necessary to understand how a person perceives, rationalizes and applies information, as every person is different in this process. The relationship that is developed between myself and the student must be on an even level, in a non-threatening environment.
Over many years as an IT person, I worked with clients, one on one, teaching them how to get their computer to do what they want it to do. Often times, the client would be very frustrated.
