I have taught fourth grade for four years. In my second year there, I currently am in charge of the fifth grade team of 13 teachers for Tennessee Virtual Academy, a public online school. I can take any piece of literature, and break it down for anyone to understand. I have conducted numerous readings to people, and always go out of my way to help them understand the subject matter. I like to use the Socratic method, mainly by asking questions and challenging assumptions. I believe in building on successes, and offering constructive criticism, where appropriate.
