I believe that learning and success are possible for all children, but they are the result of time and patience. I feel high expectations are important, yet I'm careful not to frustrate the lower achievers. If a teacher encourages learning and makes it worthwhile, I believe that the learning process will flourish. Children learn in different ways. Because all children deserve an equal chance to learn , it's my responsibility to meet these learning styles to the best of my ability.
