Denver Summer Scholars - Lead computer tutor - Taught 3 classes a day with 15 students in each class. I used computer software to tutor students in math and language arts. My students were ESL at Risk students. Tree of Knowledge - I tutored 15 students during the 2011 to 2012 school year in Language Arts and Math. My students increase their pre tutoring scores by a minimum of 25%. My students included at risk and special ed students in first to fifth grade. This was one on one tutoring. I know how to do math up to Calculus 1. Last summer I tutored a girl going into the fourth grade. She came out of third grade not understanding any of the math taught, because the teacher believe that people should feel good, not actually learn the material.
