I have a student-centered teaching style. That means I see at what level the student is and meet him/her at that level. Then we together move up to where he/she needs to be.

After several years of coaching and working with children I have learned that my true life calling is to teach children and young adults. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and working with children of all ages. As an undergraduate, I participated in a Writing Fellowship, which allowed me to meet with students to work on their writing. Through this individualized tutoring style, I developed an appreciation for working one-on-one with students and peers, and began to develop a highly personal, creative style of tutoring. Over the course of my teaching experience, I have found that students learn best when they are comfortable yet appropriately challenged.
