My teaching style is very Socratic. I rarely give answers to students. I love to have them search and discover the answers on their own. This involves a lot of questions and guiding the student to the correct answer. When students discover the answer on their own it is much more rewarding and long lasting for them. In September of 2005 I began teaching middle school science and math as well as elementary school science labs at Santa Barbara Christian School.
