I am a recent graduate from Purdue University - Calumet. I majored in English Literature and plan on obtaining my teaching certificate in the state of Florida. I have not had much experience. I have helped friends and family when in need of assistance with English. I have always been a good speller, and am willing to help anyone who is looking for it. I know how hard school can be and want to help your children to be more comfortable and confident.

Upon enrolling my children in school, I decided to be an active part of their education. So, I assisted their teachers with everything I could. Eventually, I became a trusted part of the school system (an honorary teacher, so to speak). They began giving me more responsibilities, concerning the children of the school. I tutored hundreds of students to increase their FCAT results, single-handedly; I corrected documents, daily; I worked on setting up the computers for the teachers and students, and I trained both to use them. A Little Bit About Me...

English has always been my best subject. It was natural for me to major in English Education when I decided to go back to college. I believe that when I teach English, I make it fun but most importantly, understandable. I love reading and reviewing the different genres that this subject covers, especially short stories and novels.
