During my undergraduate career, I was privileged to enroll into the Physiology department in the College of Medicine at the University of Arizona. The University of Arizona is one of 10 schools throughout the country that offer the physiology major to undergraduates. My BS degree is unique, and allowed me to continue to purse a part of medicine I have a strong passion for. I was able to complete a course in Muscle Biology, where we discussed everything from current muscle research to advancements in muscle technology. Along with my bachelor's degree, I received my personal training certification just last year. With this certification I have been able to put into practice what I have learned.
