I have successfully acquired a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Painting from Central Washington University. Last May in Seattle, I submitted and displayed my work at an art show. I am presently working on my next collection to show in the near future. I love one on one or small class sizes. Each child is so different in their own way and each have such a different learning style that I like to take it slow and be personal with each student. In my years of experience I have learned how to make learning fun. I love to include humor and everyday examples when I teach. Children are amazing and after all our future.

A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is to lead the student into an understanding of the material through discussion, hands-on projects, practice and mastery. It is important to master the previous material before moving on to the new. It is also important to relate new topics to what the student already knows. This helps the student to not only understand it better but also to remember it better and use it correctly.
