My style is to teach a concept during the one on one session with me. I then give them homework to reinforce the learning on personal time. In the following meeting I revise what we learnt in previous session to ensure they understood before proceeding to next topic. Throughout my life, I have always felt very strong about achieving a high level of education. As a older sibling to a child that had a learning disability, I felt it was my responsiblity to help him achieve a high school diploma. From the age of six years old to his senior year in high school, I tutored my brother in all subjects, from math and english to electives.
