I have had 22 years total of tutoring experience, worked for six different supplemental educational services tutoring providers, worked for three different online tutoring companies, and have eleven years of experience as an ESL Teacher. My style is to teach a concept during the one on one session with me. I then give them homework to reinforce the learning on personal time. In the following meeting I revise what we learnt in previous session to ensure they understood before proceeding to next topic. I work with students with different learning styles (pictures, words and numbers) and will adapt to their needs. I am patient and will explain numerous times, in different ways, to ensure learning.

A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout my life, I have always felt very strong about achieving a high level of education. As a older sibling to a child that had a learning disability, I felt it was my responsiblity to help him achieve a high school diploma. From the age of six years old to his senior year in high school, I tutored my brother in all subjects, from math and english to electives. From this experience, I was able to help other children improve their level of education as well.
