I graduated from Wake Forest in 2008, double-majoring in Mathematics and Physics. I also took some courses in the Education Department, and substitute taught for public high schools and middle schools in Winston-Salem, NC and Metairie, LA. I have worked in tutoring programs for elementary school children approximately twice a week for a total of twelve months. I have recently learned HTML, PHP, and Javascript programming languages, and am the designer and programmer for the Facebook application Harry Potter House Sort.
I think educators must take into account the different ways in which students learn. Completion of a BSBA degree in Management of Information Systems has given me valuable experience in a wide array of business functions as well as a team based and case driven experience over four years.
