I especially value working with students by "starting where they are" and building a learning path together to reach the goals that the student has set for himself or herself. Meeting the student's needs -- rather than achieving my goals for your student -- comes first. My passion is in learning from each student first what those needs are. Then, by listening and learning from the student, together, we develop a strategy to meet those needs and even surpass that goal to create lifelong learning.
