Calculus II is one of my top subjects! I took Calculus I, II and III in college. I did very well in Calculus particularly in Calculus II, earning an 'A'. I love math and enjoy teaching it.

I am a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). I worked at a public accounting (CPA) firm for 7 years. I love tutoring and teaching accounting. I am very friendly and easy to work with and establish positive working relationships easily. I worked as a tutor when I was in college. I recently sat for the CMA (Certified Managerial Accounting) Exam. I should be receiving my results soon. I believe I scored very high on the exam. I really enjoy tutoring and helping others out. I am very knowledgeable in the subjects of accounting, finance, and math. My tutoring style is one of explaining the subject matter in a logical easy to follow sequence. I am also very patient. I have 17 years of professional experience in the personal lines insurance industry. Through two corporate acquisitions, I have held many analytical positions in my career. I started as a Rate Analyst moving on to Actuarial Analyst, Corporate Accountant, Measures and Planning Analyst, Field Underwriting Consultant. I have an MBA from Illinois State University. I would be open to sharing my resume for further details.
First, I would get to know the client personally (parents, siblings, friends and interests). Next, I would work with the client to identify the problem areas and create a list ranking them from major to minor. With each session, we would work through the list only advancing when the client was comfortable with the subject matter. Patience and understanding with a commitment to education is my teaching style.
