Growing up as a student I noticed that most of the teachers in the classroom pay attention to only a fraction of students. This bothered me. One of the main reasons why I decided to become a teacher is to give each student the attention he or she needs. I love being a part of the students' education, and knowing that I can leave a positive impact is a great reward.
