The plays were written around themes chosen by the camp director. So, in essence, the children and I would research those themes and develop stories which I would then turn into plays using my expertise. As a second career I wanted to put something back into my community. So as I went back to school a few years ago to complete my MBA, I thought that I wanted to teach in public schools.
