I am currently a post-baccalaureate student at the University of North Florida, taking Organic Chemistry and Genetics. Learning is a life long process

My comments on tutoring GRE : I did extensive studying and preparation for my gre and scored over a 312 with my combined scores.

I am a very personable teacher and I like to modify my teaching approach to each student. I also employ a variety of disciplines to help facilitate a better understanding of the subject being learned.
I graduated from Berry College in May of 2021. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Science with Honors. My major was Animal Science with a minor in chemistry. My comments on tutoring GRE : Just before graduating college, I heard about the Graduate Record Examination. The GRE is essentially a large-scale SAT that takes a more comprehensive look at the student's understanding of math and language. In short, is the academic "follow up" exam to the SAT. I studied hard for the GRE, and had help from a tutor who showed me (more than anything else) what to expect. I barely studied the material that would be on the exam, and instead focused on the strategies that helped me maximize my time and minimize incorrect answers. However, both facets of this exam are important to practice in, and as such I offer my expertise on the matter. On my first attempt at the exam, I scored well within the top quartile of all test-takers nationwide.

Better academics combined with more fun is the goal.

I have helped friends (and their children) to prepare for exams since when in high school I won various awards for my performance on exams. I won the top score for the Regents exam for Duval County in 1971 and for this I was recognized by the downtown Rotary Club. Also I won the top statewide scholarship award for the Chamber of Commerce and for the N.H.S. due to performance on exams. Also I won the Merit Scholarship award. I have only recently started to do tutoring for pay. Over the years I have helped my children, my grandchildren, and friends and others to prepare for exams ranging from kindergarten phonics up to and beyond SAT exams.
