French was my favorite subject in school and it definitely is my passion. I now use French daily in my career but when I first started taking it in high school, I had no idea how far it would take me. I would very much like to impart the wisdom and skills that I have learned to other students and help them achieve their goals. I'm a very patient and easy going teacher but I believe in having a good vocabulary and grammar skills, mixed with conversational skills. My teaching style is very versatile. I think the best way to teach is to first assess the areas that need the most work, and then devise a simple, logical approach to help the student understand the material. Some students learn visually, others learn by repetition. It takes a lot of adaptation to make sure the student really grasps the ideas.
