Even though I hold a business degree I have always had a love for working with children. As a college student I worked for two different families as a nanny, where I assisted a total of five children with their school work and projects among other things. After obtaining my BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida I went on to get married and work in a bank. It was shortly after that when I realized that my real passion was with children. In my experience, children do not all learn at the same pace. My teaching philosophy is to work with children at the level they are at - not where they are "supposed to be at".
