My teaching style is that I determine how best the student learns through observation and direct incouragement, instilling confidence for them to break through all barriers. Making learning fun is always more enjoyable for both students and tutors! I would develop a great rapport with my student(s) and create incentives to stretch the mind and promote creativity. Teaching styles are as diverse as students in the classroom. Given that fact, differentiated instruction is necessary because no two students learn alike. Building background, accessing prior knowledge, and learning student's frames of reference are important steps for a teacher to take in order to determine how a student learns. I strive to develop relationships with my students to better serve their learning needs. Knowing their cultural and social realities gives meaning and relevance to their learning.
