Hello, my name is Jessica. I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Le Moyne College in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science. I am currently working on my Masters Degree in Accounting in Utica. I have experience tutoring all types of math subject levels. I was an honor society tutor throughout high school and helped students achieve passing grades on Regents exams. I also helped tutor my peers throughout college in upper level math courses. All children are students; they can learn. The question is how best do they learn? I have used many differing styles from rote memorization through self-paced self-education. I encourage students to see the wonder and "mystery" (there really isn't any mystery) of Math, regardless of the level, in the real world. To that aid, I try to present real world problems at levels the student can understand.
