Coaching and mentoring has always been the cornerstone of my professional career as well as my academic pursuits. My professional experience includes Chief Operating Officer of a large LLC and a Bank President. I received my B.A. from the University of Phoenix in Criminal Justice Administration. Following, I was immediately accepted into a PhD program at Arizona State University. As a PhD student I study all facets of psychology within; and pertaining to, organizations. This includes styles of leadership, motivation, and stress of high-risk teams such as NASA and Special Forces.

My tutoring began while I was studying at Montana State University. My Junior year I enrolled in a class that was based around community service and my role was tutoring middle school aged children. The tutoring was in a small group setting and was on any subject the children needed help in but mainly in reading comprehension. After college, I attended Via Lingua where I became certified to teach ESL. It was here that my tutor experience expanded. For 4 months, I not only taught night classes but tutored on a one-one basis with students who needed further assistance. After moving back to the U.S., I got a job at American Cultural Exchange at Montana State University. When I started here my first job was tutoring 3 students from Japan. In these sessions, we concentrated on everything from grammar and conversation skills to reading comprehension.
