My comments on tutoring Physics : University minor in Physics

I taught university chemistry for many years, especially the math-heavy courses. After retirement, a friend asked if I would assist a home-schooling family in the sciences. I embraced the occasion, and increased my clientele substantially by word of mouth. Since then people have been seeking me out. During the application and acceptance process I was an adjunct faculty member at a local technical college. My courses taught were remedial Algebra, biology, and anatomy and physiology. This insures that the student fully understands the concept, thus the concept can be applied to problem solving.
